Vicarius is an Israeli-born cybersecurity startup backed by tier-1 investors from San Francisco and Tel Aviv. Currently operating out of NYC and Tel Aviv, Vicarius is set to solve the biggest challenge of all: security vulnerabilities. The Vicarius powered platform, TOPIA, is a simple and self-serve product that helps companies identify, prioritize and fix security threats in an integrated, automated, and non-traditional manner.
After successfully closing our Series A funding round, we’re looking for a hardworking, smart, tech-savvy professional with a flair for networking and a passion for solving people’s problems. Your responsibilities will involve selling our TOPIA product to new customers as well as making sure existing customers are happy and taking their happiness to the maximum level! You will be the face of the company to the customer and the customer’s representative to the company.
Responsibilities
- Works with the product and marketing teams to familiarize with the product landscape and become a technical product expert
- Works with leads to understand their requirements and help them figure out if our product is the solution for their problem
- Put together selling presentations that easily convey the value proposition to prospects
- Communicates customer use cases to the product team and work with them to ensure maximum product fit
- Works with customers to train their teams on the product and identify (and solve) problem areas in their processes
- Sets and achieves quotas on a quarterly basis
- Manages all aspects of RFPs
- Partners with senior leadership to identify problem areas and improve efficiency in the sales process
- Attend professional events and workshops to build and maintain networks
Requirements
- Experience with troubleshooting or enterprise networks
- 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect for SaaS companies
Required Knowledge
- Knowledge with SaaS-based security product
- Understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity ecosystem and processes
- Knowledge of enterprise networks structure and ability to troubleshoot
- Knowledge of operating systems - Linux, Mac, and Windows, including deep troubleshooting
